My Personal Rules
- no electronics in room--(unless making music, stand up comedy, calling)
- (it's much easier to break other rules when in your room on a comfy bed)
- no electronics after 9:00pm--(unless for tasks, calling, or necessary)
- no listening to your own songs after this either
- (to ensure sleep schedule which optimizes health, mental power, and literally everything)
- (also, if you go to sleep early, you can wake up early. the amount of time is the same)
- no distracting/pleasure-focused things--(unless made by you, helping someone, or with friends irl)
- no distracting/unproductive stuff on electronics
- ex: no waitbutwhy while eating lunch
- the rules do not become less strict when eating lunch
- can check openrouter, artificial analysis 1x per day
- movies
- video games
- social media (reddit, x, ig, hackernews, etc)
- no yt--(unless learning something that requires visual format. ex: music. OR there is a great resource only on there)
- no watching stand up videos
- news
- fiction (books, scripts)
- no fate or fate discord
- non-focus music (not even to study, unless making music right thena dn using as reference, or you have the literal midi file/project)
- podcasts (unless taking notes)
- asking ai unproductive questions
- must use lh search (not google)
- (distracts focus, indulges in pleasure, makes you more monkey-minded and dependent on pleasure)
- no distracting/unproductive stuff on electronics
- if less than 45 minute walk, must run or walk--(unless with others)
- no electronics on couch--(unless with someone else)
- no lying
- no stealing
- no cursing
- no eating out--(unless with others)
- (unhealthy, and wastes money)
- no buying meat, eggs
- (to be as moral as you can, to prevent unnecessary suffering)
- no eating any of these:
- dessert or sweets
- bad food
- Popcorn
- non-Greek yogurt
- Chips (includes Cheetos, cheez-its, etc)
- Pretzels
- hot sauce
- Pancakes
- Cereal
- freeze-dried fruit
- syrup
- Clif bars
- Waffles
- Caramel
- Pizza/Pizza bread
- Burger
- Calzones
- Tteokbokki
- Kolache
- Mozzarella sticks
- African samosas
- mandu
- only drink water
- healthy smoothies
- medicine

no laptop until you've gone to outside work location--(unless the work requires you to stay home. ex: making music, practicing stand up)
work food: only eat rice, veggies, fruit, sauce

in social context, you must start >=2 conversations
never sit alone at work lunch
if i get into bed, i will do 6-2-8 breaths
if i just went pee, wash hands, smile, stand tall
if 16m timer goes off, do 11 jj
- except if after 1800
dont break eye contact first with strangers
you can never reply with one word. and never yeah
no eating after 20:00--(unless with others)
on work days, from 17:00-20:00--(unless you've been significantly social already):
- no laptop
- no phone--(unless essential, ex: writing note down, texting important, etc)
- no reading
- no going to house after you've left
- (so you can be social, and live the life that will make you happy and proud)
